Peugeot has presented a new scooter that is slated to be one of the most advanced hybrid scooter in the world at the Paris Motor Show. According to a report on hell for leather, the concept scooter improves on the technology of BMW C1 and Piaggio MP3 scooters to create most high-tech scooter of all time.
